Formed in Falmouth, tireless trio Parapet are reactivating after a short period of being under the radar. Following the release of their debut EP 'Expensive Blood' in 2016, Parapet are bobbing along, playing shows wherein they demonstrate an eclectic mix of abilities. Revitalising traditional covers such as 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody', the alt-pop band incorporate influences from their geographical diversity to infuse classics with a kicker energy and encrust their performance with high-toned beats. Their original music, such as 'The Grey' and 'Tame', is drenched in a refreshing wash of exuberance and proves to be the quintessential haven for hazy evening drives.

Despite recent inactivity, Parapet are resurfacing and imminent gig dates will be listed below.

If you take the time to listen, you'll notice that Parapet's propellers are simply gearing up to shred their full potential into the alternative-pop scene. Despite being in the early stages of their new era, Sophie, Jon and Adam appear eager to optimise their skills to eventually project them onto the walls of the next divergent generation. Guitarist, Sophie, ensures listeners that the band's primary intention is to 'build a campaign and a steadfast audience' - and with their relit vigour, this appears to be a promising statement.
